Hello! I’m Pontus and currently living in Sweden's third largest city, Malmö. Video games have always been a part of my life and one of my first memories that I hold dearly was when I played RollerCoaster Tycoon for the first time. Having all that creative freedom building my own park was something I enjoyed very much.

 

From there on I used to spend a lot of time creating fictional cities on paper or playing around and exploring different map editors for games like Far Cry, Halo or Warcraft 3. Which now as an adult has grabbed my attention in understanding, designing and creating video games. Some of my favorite game franchises are Halo, The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, The Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption.

 

I'm a level and game designer that always asks myself the questions “Why?” and
“What if?” based out of a player’s perspective. What drives me forward is iterative and feedback driven workflows where collaborating together with others to contribute with design and technical implementations is something I strongly enjoy.

 

Apart from playing and making games I'm a big fan of heavy metal and therefore I usually try to attend some concerts or festivals per year, music is best experienced live. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family or just going out and taking a beer.​
